Bengaluru, Oct 29 (IBNS): Union Minister for Women and Child Development, Maneka Gandhi, who is also known for her animal rights activism, urged Karnataka's Ramanagaram forest officials to provide proper medical care for critically injured wild elephant Sidda, according to media reports.
