Floyd Cardoz: Telling stories through food

Celebrated Indian American chef Floyd Cardoz has restaurants in both India and the United States, including the critically acclaimed ‘Paowalla’ in New York and ‘The Bombay Canteen’ in Mumbai. He was the winner of Season 3 of “Top Chef Masters” in 2011 and was also named among the Top 50 Most Influential Global Indians by GQ Magazine. Cardoz visited India recently to discuss the food and beverage industries in the US and India and shared with SPAN writer Suheil Imtiaz some of his impressions
