Kolkata, Apr 20 (IBNS): Governor of West Bengal  Keshari Nath Tripathi presented the third Sunil Gangopadhyay Memorial Award for Excellence in Bengali Literature by The Bengal to eminent litterateur Prafulla Roy for the year 2017 at a function at the Raj Bhavan on Thursday.
