Solar scam : Kerala CM refuses to undergo lie-detector test

Thiruvantapuram, Jan 27 (IBNS) Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has refused to undergo a lie-detector test while deposing for nearly 11 hours before a judicial commission, set up to probe the "solar scam", reports said.
