West Bengal State Election Commissioner tenders resignation to Governor

Kolkata, Oct 6 (IBNS): Triggering fresh troubles in the political scenario of West Bengal and moving the civic re-polls and counting process into uncertainty, state Election Commissioner Susanta Ranjan Upadhyaya tendered his resignation to Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi on Tuesday.
