AAP govt bypasses Jung, appoints yet another bureaucrat

New Delhi, May 19 (IBNS): The tussle between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi led by Arvind Kejriwal and Governor Najeeb Jung has intensified on Tuesday with the former appointing senior bureaucrat Arvind Ray as Principal Secretary of general administration department bypassing the latter.
