CSE welcomes PM Modi’s stand on climate change in Paris

Paris/New Delhi, Dec 1 (IBNS) In a major shift in the negotiating position of India on climate change, prime minister Narendra Modi, for the first time, has articulated the principle of equity and common but differentiated responsibilities (CBDR) in terms of carbon space in his speech at the Paris climate conference.
