New Delhi, Aug 19 (IBNS): Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the issue of arrest of students belonging to Pune's prestigious Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) and said they were not criminals.
