Srinagar, Apr 15 (IBNS): In the crucial by-polls to Srinagar-Budgam parliamentary constituency, former Union Minister and National Conference Chief Farooq Abdullah on Saturday defeated his closest competitor from People's Democratic Party Nazir Ahmed Khan.
