Srinagar, Feb 29 (IBNS) Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday said as Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's Budget did not focus on 'suitboot' people so it made the task of opposition leaders 'tough'.
