Patna, May 17 (IBNS): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar resigned on Saturday, following a crushing defeat of his Janata Dal-United (JD-U) at the hands of ally-turned-foe Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Lok Sabha elections.
