Notebook for students: NHRC issues notice to Delhi govt

New Delhi, Sept 21 (IBNS) The National Human Rights Commission on Monday said it has sent notices Delhi government and north Delhi municipal corporation over reports that around four lakh students studying in 746 Primary Schools run by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation have not been given notebooks in the last five months.
