Assam police asks banks to keep vigil on suspicious transactions

Guwahati, Dec 13 (IBNS): The Assam Police asked banks in the state to keep strict track on transactions after intelligence received information that several militant groups had tried to convert their old notes into new currency denominations following demonetisation.
