Atul Subhash suicide case: Wife Nikita, her mother and brother arrested

Bengaluru/IBNS: The Bengaluru Police have arrested Nikita Singhania, the estranged wife of  Atul Subhash, her mother Nisha, and brother Anurag in connection with an abetment to suicide case, days after the 34-year-old techie died by suicide after accusing his wife and in-laws of harassment and extortion.

New Deli/IBNS: Amid a row over Bengaluru techie Atul Subhash's suicide, the Supreme Court said that mere harassment is not enough to hold someone guilty of abetment to suicide but should have some substantial evidence of direct or indirect incitement for conviction in such cases.
