New Delhi: Overturning the Maharashtra High Court's order, the Supreme Court on Tuesday said Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will face trail for allegedly not declaring his two criminal cases in the poll affidavit in 2014, media reports said.

Special courts for fast-track trial of criminal cases against MPs, MLAs

New Delhi, Dec 12 (IBNS): The Centre on Tuesday informed the Supreme Court that it has decided to set up a dozen special courts for a year to fast-track the trial of criminal cases against politicians, including MPs and MLAs.
