Kolkata fake Covid vaccination case: Chargesheet filed against Debanjan Deb, 7 others

Kolkata/IBNS: Two months after busting a fake Covid-19 vaccination drive, the Kolkata Police on Thursday filed a charge sheet in a local court at Alipore naming the key accused in the case, Debanjan Deb, and seven others, officials said.

Kolkata/IBNS: Leaders of West Bengal's opposition parties demanded a proper investigation into the recently unearthed 'fake' Covid-19 vaccination drive in Kolkata by an independent probe agency after several images of ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) leaders and lawmakers with the alleged vaccination fraudster Debanjan Deb, who had impersonated as an IAS officer, were found in social networking sites.
