New Delhi, Jan 23 (IBNS) The Election Commission of India on Friday censured Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal for his comments where he accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of inciting communal violence in the national capital.
