Raichur, Karnataka, Apr 19 (UNI) Police on Friday arrested a perpetrator who was allegedly behind the suspected rape and murder of a young engineering student, whose body was found in a hanging state in the forest area in Raichur Rural Police station limits on Thursday morning.
