EU delegation which visited Kashmir notes positive steps taken by Modi govt to restore normalcy

Srinagar/IBNS: Visiting Jammu and Kashmir, an European Union delegation has sought the quick lifting of remaining restrictions in the Valley but at the same time noted the 'positive steps' taken by the  Narendra Modi-led government in New Delhi to restore normalcy in the area.

New Delhi/IBNS: Rubbishing the claim that the European Union (EU) members do not want a "guided tour" to Jammu and Kashmir, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Thursday said the EU ambassadors faced constraints of number as they wanted to travel in a group.
