New Delhi/IBNS: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday attacked the Centre over the issue of permitting a European Union delegation to visit Jammu and Kashmir while alleging that Indian MPs were 'banned' or denied entry from reaching the region where special status was ended a few months ago by scrapping Article 370.
