New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has submitted a chargesheet against corporate lobbyist Deepak Talwar and his non-profit organization Advantage India for alleged breaches of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), media reports said.

The Centre has cancelled the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) licence of the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation (RGF) and the Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust (RGCT), non-government organisations linked to the Gandhi family, over alleged irregularities in foreign contributions, according to media reports.

New Delhi: The ED on Friday issued a show-cause notice to Amnesty India International Private Limited (AIIPL) and its CEO Aakar Patel for alleged contravention of the provisions of The Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) and also slapped a penalty to the tune of Rs 51.72 crore and Rs 10 crore on them, respectively.
