Kolkata/IBNS: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has courted a fresh controversy as she took a swipe at Narendra Modi's outrage over video footage of RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav enjoying fish, and offered to cook for the Prime Minister.
