Lucknow/ UNI/IBNS: Four days after Hindu Samaj Party founder Kamlesh Tiwari was murdered in Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow, the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) took a Muslim cleric from Bareilly into custody on Tuesday.
