Guwahati, Dec 25 (IBNS) : In yet another step to facilitate easy and smooth communication between Guwahati and Bengaluru, Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu and Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Sunday flagged off India's second luxury train Humsafar Express from Mumbai and Kamakhya respectively.
