New Delhi, Aug 6 (IBNS): The Union government's citizen engagement platform, 'mygovindia' portal celebrated its second anniversary with a Town Hall at the Indira Gandhi Stadium Complex in New Delhi on Saturday, where, at the end of the day-long programme, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached out to citizens over various issues, according to media reports.
