New Delhi, Oct 5 (IBNS): The International Court of Justice, on Wednesday, upheld India's objection to jurisdiction in the Obligations concerning Negotiations relating to Cessation of the Nuclear Arms Race and to Nuclear Disarmament case filed by the Marshall Islands against India, according to media reports.
