Ranchi, July 26 (IBNS): At a time when several intellectuals have written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the 'Jai Shree Ram' slogan issue, a BJP MLA from Jharkhand was caught on camera asking a Congress MLA to chant the slogan in the name of the Hindu God.
