Visakhapatnam/IBNS: In a tragic incident occurred at a time 1.3 billion people of India are battling Covid-19, at least 11 people including a child were killed after a toxic gas leaked from a chemical plant in Andhra Pradesh's Visakhapatnam in the wee hours of Thursday.
