India declares Canada-based Babbar Khalsa’s Lakhbir Singh Landa as terrorist

The Indian government has declared Canada-based gangster and Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) leader Lakhbir Singh Landa an “individual terrorist” under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), media reports said.
