Bengal Lok Sabha violence: Apex court puts ball in HC

New Delhi, May 21 (UNI) The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a PIL filed by an independent candidate Ramu Mandi against the Election Commission of India appointment of two retired bureaucrats, Vivek Debey and Ajay Nayak, as special observers in the Lok Sabha election in Bengal, which was marked by violence, bloodshed and mayhem.
