New Delhi, Mar 24 (IBNS/UNI): The Congress party has upped the attack against Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Main bhi chowkidaar campaign' with  party leader and AICC General secretary in-charge for Uttar Pradesh east Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, claiming 'Chowkidars' only serve the rich, are not concerned about poor.
