New Delhi, Dec 28 (IBNS): The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has launched an Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS) system in Delhi, Mumbai, Punjab, UP, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra and Goa recently to received feedback from consumers regarding call drops, the Union Ministry of Communications & Information Technology said on Wednesday.
