Guwahati/IBNS: The Assam government on Wednesday signed an agreement with the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) delegating the operational management of the East Assam Milk Producers’ Cooperative Union Limited to the national dairy body.

Guwahati/IBNS: In an attempt to expedite the economic development of the milk farmers and make the dairy sector more commercially viable, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday held a meeting with the senior officials of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) at the conference room of his office in Janata Bhawan in Guwahati on Monday.
