No 'escape' for states from implementing CAA: Ravi Shankar Prasad

New Delhi/IBNS: Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Wednesday said there is no "escape" for states from implementing the contentious Citizenship law, even as the Kerala Assembly passed a resolution against the same and asked the Centre to revoke it.
