New Delhi, Oct 15 (IBNS): The Fifth Meeting of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Energy Ministers will be held on the 16th and 17th October in New Delhi, with an aim to strengthen energy cooperation among the member countries of the organisation.
