New Delhi, May 14 (IBNS): The Union Cabinet underwent a mini reshuffle on Monday evening in which Union Minister Smriti Irani lost the charge of Information and Broadcasting ministry and Piyush Goel got an additional responsibility of the Finance ministry till Arun Jailtey's recovery.
