Chief Justice Lodha rues Katju remarks, backs collegium system

New Delhi, Aug 11 (IBNS) Chief Justice of India RM Lodha has endorsed the collegium system for appointing judges even as the government is against it while he has resented the attempts to malign judiciary in the wake of blogs alleging judicial corruption posted by former Supreme Court Judge Justice Markandey Katju
