SC judgement on Rafale probe : Cong says not at all a setback

New Delhi, Dec 14 (IBNS) : Even as the Supreme Court rejected a probe into the Rafale deal, saying there was no "substantial evidence of any commercial favouritism" and the Government demanded Rahul Gandhi's apology, the Congress on Friday said the court ruling is "not a setback at all."

New Delhi, Aug 24 (IBNS) : In the first reaction from the Government, Union Minister for Information and Technology Ravi Shankar Prasad on Thursday welcomed the Supreme Court verdict upholding the Right to Privacy as a Fundamental Right.
