Tamil Nadu shutdown : M K Stalin and top opposition leaders court arrest demanding Cauvery water

Chennai, Sept 16 (IBNS) : Top opposition leaders in Tamil Nadu, including DMK's second-in-command MK Stalin, courted arrest on Friday while putting up road and train blockades in support of a statewide shutdown over the Cauvery water face-off with neighbouring Karnataka, reports said.
