Mumbai, June 8 (IBNS) Amid the barrage of fusillades flying thick against him for meddling with 'Udta Punjab', Censor Board chief Pahlaj Nihalni has said the film's cuts have nothing to do with the state elections and that co-producer Anurag Kashyap's charges against him are "baseless."
