New Delhi, Feb 16 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former Mayor of New York City Michael Bloomberg, on Monday announced a partnership between Bloomberg Philanthropies and the Indian Ministry of Urban Development to advance the "Smart Cities Initiative."
