BARRIE (CANADA), July 18, 2020 (Xinhua) -- People wearing face masks exercise at a reopened fitness club in Barrie, Ontario, Canada, on July 17, 2020. The majority of Ontario moved into Stage 3 of the provincial governments COVID-19 recovery plan on Friday, with fitness centers, movie theaters, playgrounds and restaurants indoor service allowed to reopen. The Greater Toronto Area will remain in Stage 2.
