New Delhi/IBNS: Indian Olympic Association President Dr. PT Usha has thanked the Olympic Council of Asia's Executive Board (EB) for readily agreeing to her proposal to include Yoga, the ancient Indian discipline that fosters physical and mental health in the Asian Games programme.

As the count down for Tokyo Olympics 2020 begins, sportspersons in Japan are resorting to Yoga to enhance their performance and are being guided by Tokyo based Ghosh Yoga Institute Japan (GHIJ) , Yoga Guru Jibananda Ghosh, who is teaching yoga in Japan for fifty yeas , informed here Saturday.
