Pakistan exploits Kashmiri youth as pawns in its proxy war: EFSAS director Junaid Qureshi tells UNHRC

Geneva:  European Foundation for South Asian Studies (EFSAS) director Junaid Qureshi has targeted Pakistan and said the country's military establishment has used youth from Jammu and Kashmir to join its various terrorist proxies like Hizbul Mujahideen, Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed since 1980s.
