Sri Lanka: SC stays proclamation dissolving Parliament

Colombo, Nov 13 (IBNS): In a major development, the Supreme Court on Tuesday issued an interim order till Dec 7, staying the proclamation issued by President Maithripala Sirisena to dissolve parliament.
