Kiev, May 20 (Sputnik) Volodymyr Zelenskiy took office of allegiance to the Ukrainian people at a special ceremony held at the Ukrainian parliament on Monday, and the head of the country's Constitutional Court announced that he had assumed office of the Ukrainian president, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported.
