Toronto, Feb 8 (IBNS): Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne had been at University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) in Oshawa near Toronto this week to discuss future changes to Ontario Student Assistance Plan (OSAP) with local students, media reports said.
