UN agencies, Vatican issue call to stamp out illegal fishing and ‘modern-day slavery’ on high seas

New York, Nov 22 (Just Earth News): Condemning illegal fishing and labour exploitation in the world’s oceans, the United Nations agriculture and labour agencies, joining forces with the Vatican, underlined on Monday the need for collective, global action to end labour and human rights abuse along the entire fisheries value chain.
