New York, Dec 3 (Just Earth News): Concerned by the increasing polarization in the Maldives, which has made dialogue among the Government and political parties increasingly difficult, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has encouraged all concerned to work toward an inclusive dialogue.

New York, Nov 22 (Just Earth News): Welcoming the holding of elections in Haiti on 20 November, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Monday stressed that the process “is crucial to ending the current governance vacuum” and urged all the parties involved “to show statesmanship at this critical time for the country.”
