New York, June 28(Just Earth News): Scientific collaboration is essential to achieving a world free from the nuclear threat, the Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) told a United Nations-backed expert forum in Vienna on Tuesday.
